Venue Hire Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you hire Aldersbrook Events Centre. They are intended to be clear and practical.

Booking and confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event.

Pricing and packages

Pricing depends on your event requirements and timing. We will confirm final pricing during the booking process.

Cancellations and refunds

More than 60 days before the event: full refund, excluding the deposit.

Between 60 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund, excluding the deposit.

Less than 30 days before the event: no refund.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Venue rules

  • Venue is alcohol-free.
  • No live music after 10:00pm.
  • No DJ after 11:00pm.
  • Venue must be left as found. Any moved items must be returned to their original place.
  • Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

Catering and kitchen access

Clients may bring their own catering or food. Kitchen access is included in some packages and may be available at additional cost.

Suppliers and insurance

External suppliers must hold at least £2m public liability insurance and, where applicable, £5m employers’ liability insurance.

Damage and liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, contractors, or suppliers acting on their behalf.

A £500 damage deposit/security hold applies.
