Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to venue hire bookings at Aldersbrook Events Centre.

Refunds

• More than 60 days before the event: full refund, excluding the deposit.
• Between 60 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
• Less than 30 days before the event: no refund.

Deposits are non-refundable.
